Pay a non-refundable deposit. This deposit covers your 4–5 course meal AND 2 professional photos of the experience. No deposit = no seat. No substitutions — the menu is set and the chef decides.
Location Revealed
After deposits are collected, the exclusive pop-up location is announced to depositors only. The address goes to confirmed guests — nobody else.
Day of the Pop-Up
Pay the remaining balance at the door. Receive your full dinner experience plus your 2 photos. Additional photos are available for purchase — pricing disclosed day-of.

Each pop-up centers on a curated 4–5 course tasting menu crafted weeks in advance. The menu is fixed — this isn't a restaurant, it's an event. Courses are designed to build on each other in flavor, texture, and experience.
No substitutions. The integrity of the menu is part of the experience. Every ingredient is sourced with your deposit, planned with precision. What you commit to, you receive in full.
The location changes with every pop-up. Intimate settings — curated, not commercial. You'll know where after your deposit is confirmed.

Photography is embedded into every Pop-Up Mobile Studio experience — not as an add-on, but as a core element. Every event is documented from setup to final plate, from arrival to the last moment of the evening.
Your deposit includes 2 photos — curated and delivered. These aren't quick snapshots. They're composed images that capture the mood, the food, and the moment with intention.
Additional photos are available for purchase — pricing is disclosed the day of the event. If you want the full gallery, you'll have the opportunity to acquire it.
Booking Terms
- • Non-refundable deposit is due within the first week of booking — covers your 4–5 course meal and 2 photos
- • No menu substitutions — the menu is set when the deposit is paid
- • Balance due at the door on the day of the pop-up
- • Location revealed to depositors only after spots are confirmed
- • Additional photo pricing is disclosed the day of the event
- • All bookings made 3 weeks in advance — this is a firm requirement, not a suggestion
